Black begins her story with the sudden death of her father from a heart attack. She was just 23 years old at the time, and her father's death was a complete shock. In the aftermath of his death, Black struggled to come to terms with her loss. She felt lost and alone, and she didn't know how to move on without her father.
Over time, Black began to find ways to cope with her grief. She started writing about her father, and she found that writing helped her to process her emotions and to make sense of her loss. She also found comfort in talking to other people who had lost loved ones. Through these experiences, Black began to learn how to live with her grief and to find joy in life again.
